After finishing his degree at Oxford University, Dave has worked in organisations including Electrical, Carpeting, Printing and Can Making.
Having used his management skills, Dave has produced ideas and solutions for the Supply Chain across various industries.
In 1986, he founded Suilven Associates with his wife Beverley, providing software solutions in both the Public and Private sector.
Bev has been working in the IT industry for over 35 years. Starting from a punch card operator up to the position of Software Architect.
Bev has developed systems for Payroll, HR/training management and Supply Chain solutions.
In 1986, Bev joined her husband Dave in founding Suilven Associates.
Since finishing his Masters in psychological research, Leigh has been helping Suilven Associates with UX/UI design and statistical analysis.
Leigh's research into behavioural psychology is redefining how we approach UI and system design.
He is currently aiding in the development of our systems, utilising his skills of C#, WPF, ASP.NET and Python.
Leigh is also a founding partner of a behavioural insights organisation, NudgeUp, and has been at the forefront in using his skills for organisations - for instance, Plymouth City Council, where he helps in the promotion of good healthy eating and teaching schools to help children appreciate their environment with the use of applications such as Minecraft.

Since completing her PhD in experimental psychology, Kathryn enhanced her skills at Reading University as a Postdoctoral Researcher. She is now currently a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Bradford. Her research lies at the intersection of psychology and philosophy, predominantly in moral cognition in which she adopts interdisciplinary approaches to the investigation of cognitive and social phenomena.
While she was a research fellow in the CogNovo project at Plymouth University, Kathryn was constantly collaborating with a large team of varying disciplines and research interests. Her new position will expand her knowledge even further and as a key member of our team, bring more statistical analysis skills from her experience using MatLab, SPSS, R (programming language for statistical computing and data analysis) and all the new technical applications, including VR, that she has used at both Reading University and Bradford University.
Kathryn also aids in the development of applications and utilising robotic systems and creating VR scenarios for the Oculus Rift.
