Q. What platforms will SA's applications run on?
A. We recommend that our systems are run on any Windows 32bit operating system.

Q. How do I set up a PC that doesn't currently run my SA application?
A. You will have been supplied with a Client disk during the original installation. Use this disk to create the licence that enables the system to run on the PC.

Q. Can more than one user have access to my SA application?
A. All Suilven Associates systems for Windows are multi-user. You can set up additional PCs using the Client disk supplied during the original installation. Each system also has different levels of password protection to stop sensitive information being accessed by the wrong person.

Q. When using the Report Generator, how do I get information from different files?
A. You will find that most of the reports will already have links from the main file to its associated files, which you can easily adapt. (Remember to save the report with a new name first before changing it, so that you don't overwrite the existing one!)

Q. Can I export information to other applications?
A. Our Report Generator not only produces reports and graphs but can also export information to the following file formats - Excel charts, Pivot tables, HTML, Activex Viewer, RTF, Text, Word, worksheets and Xbase.

Q. What if I want to import data from other applications so that I don't have to rekey information?
A. We can import information from many external sources including ERP, accounting software and other major system applications. Please talk to us or email us about your requirements.
